Return Policy

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns) 

  • 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  •  If unused/unworn and resellable items, or defective items. 
  •  In the original packaging with all the tags intact. 
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refund Policy

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

To Request a Refund:

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing thehouseoflunacs@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

What Happens Next:

  • We’ll review your request within 1–3 business days
  • If approved, we’ll offer:

- A refund,

- A free replacement, or

- A store credit, depending on your preference

Note: Damage claims sent after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Order Policy

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Your order number
  • A few clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A quick note telling us what went wrong

What Happens Next:

Once we review your message (usually within 1–3 business days), we’ll happily offer one of the following:

  • A replacement
  • A refund (partial or full, depending on the issue)
  • Or store credit if that’s what you prefer

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out quickly.
  • We may not be able to help with damage caused by mishandling after delivery or normal wear and tear.
